Why is naphthalene (C10H8) more soluble than CsF in benzene?

Benzene is a slightly polar aromatic compound. Chemically naphthalene is similar. Both are hydrocarbons - similar in some ways to gasoline and oil. CsF on the other hand is an ionic compound with + and - charges. I'm sure water will dissolve it, but most hydrocarbons - even alcohols can't touch it.
