Ipod Touch Restrictions?

Ok I gave my friend my ipod touch and he jailbroke it which is sweet but then when i synced my songs back up all the songs that were labeled EXPLICIT were not synced.. He told me to go to restrictions and I did and it said they were on but I nvr typed in any pwords nor did he. I have had 13 failed pcode attempts and have to wait 60 min every time I fail. I want to know is there a default pword or something bc I DO NOT want to restore my ipod and erase all my jailbroken stuff, Can Any body help me..... BEST ANSWER recieves 10 POINTS
