Triple Chocolate Meltdown aka Molten Chocolate Bundt recipe?

Applebee's and Barnes & Noble are the only places I know of that have this dessert and it's absolutely delicious, but I can't find the recipe for the life of me. Does anyone know it or know where to find it?
