A question on tai chi , yoga and relaxtion exercises?

I do a form of yoga by Diamond Dallas Page called YRG. They added in some Tai Chi movements and teach you how to breath not only through the workout but to help you in everyday life. This form of breathing helps you focus and make good decisions. They have some online videos at www.GreatDrills.com It will relax you but also will help you tone your body and build confidence.
