How good are the Speedway Club Seats at Lowe's Motor Speedway?

I am looking into buying 4 Nextel Cup and 4 Busch tix for the race in Charlotte next weekend for a total of $700. VIP parking is included for free. Is this a good deal? They are in section G, row 43.
