Food ideas for a girl baby shower in july has to be MEXICAN FOOD!!?

ok so my baby shower is in july and me and my mom are throwing it and im mexican we don't eat little appetizers or tuna sandwiches etc.... we eat a hole plate of food like at a restaurant the rice beans and meat but i don't know what to make i need ideas but it has to be food for hispanics, spicy, and good. Any other girl out there in my situation and hispanic that can relate to me, when was your baby shower and what did you serve??
