Are the wealthy planning a global dictatorship?

I think this is a very real possibility and I'm glad to see someone asking questions like this. Look at the European Union and the Euro. That's a start. And what about talk of the USA,Canada and Mexico uniting and the coming of the Amero dollar. This is just the beginning. Now their debating whether or not we have the "right to bare arms". Where did this come from all of a sudden? Watch out for the "Secret Society".
