Co-worker and i hooking up?

ok so im 17 goin on 18 and i work at a restaurant where theres alot of guys but in aweird way im kinda crusing on a guy who i work wih but the only problem is that hes 35 yrs old and has children he lives with his babies momma but doesnt love her so basically i've been hookin up with him getting with each other where ever we can i know its wrong but i really like this guy what should i do please help!!!!
