Early pregnancy symptoms?

Last AF came on Jan.25/26 (usually im about a 31 day cycle) Had on Feb 14th....constipated Fri, sat, sun, mon, tues, Wed (was able to go once), now constipated again since yest. Also Feb 19, i felt very wet and actually went to the restroom to check. No other symptoms really..for the past 2 days ive been havin a lot of mucus in my throat. sore since last night...No big cramps..tiny tiny bit on n off last night..only a couple "twinges" this moring..lower left tummy n n lower left back...Just wondering if anyone has had these similar symtpoms? Thanks!
