I had a one day period and cramping afterward, am I pregnant?

I am 24 and I have been trying to get pregnant for a year next month. I have a 35 day cycle, like clockwork. This cycle was supposed to start Sept 30. I sort of did but it just light pink spotting. I spotted the same the next day as well. Then nothing for 2 days and, oddly, I actually bled the morning of the 5th day. Then, just like that, it was all over. No spotting, no bleeding, but cramping!! Mild, dull cramping on the right side for 2 days now. Its not painful but its definitely there. My husband and I had 3 times 2 days after ovulation. Am I pregnant? I hope so. I took a test the day before I was supposed to start my period and it was a big fat NEGATIVE. Wah!! Anyhow, any clues? Please respond!
