I had to stoo feeing imediatly and severly engorged?

i had to stop feeding imediatly due to medication i need to take and i am severly and engorged and in alot of pain what can i do to help please help i have tired cold comoress and i have tried a hot shower and i dont own any tight fitting bra help.
