I think he is lying to me .?

lately me and my bf of one year (we met in 8th grade n are crrent in 10th)are having issues. evrytime i call him we only talk for like 6 mins he ALWAYS claims his batteries are dying and he will call later. sometiems he returns my calls. last night he had said he was going to his friends house and he will call later. i called him around 9 n asked wherre he was, he said with devon n chris n he has school tommro so he will b getting in soon. then i heard a chick in the bacground n he said it was amanda (my good friend) they CONISIDENTLY met up. i called evry half hour from like 7-8 and he always said his battery was dying i just weanted to know when i clan call his home phone. he said he was texting his dad for a ride evrytime. idk what to think of this. he doesnt give me the time of the day anymore it feels. i cant belive what hes been saying latley it just seems so fishy. im not controling but i want straight answers he doesnt have to lye about evrything. he said him n his friends were in the borro then he said no we went bowling n his parents still thought he was at chris house wen i callede his home phone so he obviously didnt tell them so how is he getting a ride from them. hmmm fishy ,.
