Installing an Aux input for Ipod in 2007 Honda Accord?

I have a 2007 Accord Lx, and I am tired of using garbage fm adapters due to terrible quality. I have heard that some aux input kits will take away functionality of my 6 disk cd changer, which is not optimal, but I would do if it were my only choice. I have seen some kits for 150, but would i have to pay extra to install? Thanks.
