Is there anyway of turning off the sevice light on a 2003 bmw320?uk?

Catherine, Just disconnect the positive battery cable from the battery for approx. 5 minutes and that will clear all the problem codes in the computer. You may after doing that reset the clock, and the radio, but thats all there is to it. After clearing all the codes drive the car for a short distance, just to sure the check eng. light does not go on again. If it does, you will have to do the procedure all over again
