Need help identifying a movie/show?

i saw a couple clips on time i was in line for a haunted house, i believe it was the same guy, it kinda looked like an older jim carry, the first clip was like dr kajorkians home remidies where instead of helping people it was the oppisite, in one clip he uses a shotgun on a lady, the other clip he was supposed to be a fireman or someone but ended up burning the bar down while laughing about it. i know its a long shot but any and all help would be awesome!!
