My rat! please help me?

ok well like 2 days ago i gave my couple month year old a mini gummy bear and now when i put my finger in her cage to pet her like usually she opens her mouth and go's to bite me! and im really worried.. so ive heard sugar can do that to rodents and i only gave her one and i have never givin her sugar b4 so do i have to just wait for a couple days for it do get out of her system? please help i really want my alice back!
